Buying property safely in Pakistan comes down to the right documents. Here are the main ones in plain words.

Land outside societies

  • Fard: an extract from the land record showing who owns the land and how much.
  • Registry (sale deed): the registered deed of sale between buyer and seller.
  • Intiqal (mutation): the record that transfers ownership in the land revenue record.

Inside housing societies

  • Allotment letter / file: proof of the plot or house allotment in your name.
  • NDC (No Demand Certificate): confirms there are no unpaid dues before transfer.
  • Transfer letter: issued by the society once the transfer is done.
  • Possession letter and map approval: needed before you build.

Our rule

We never ask you to pay a token until the documents are checked. See our services.
