Both DHA Lahore and Bahria Town Lahore are secure, planned communities. The right choice depends on your budget, where you work and the lifestyle you want.
Location
DHA is in the east of Lahore, close to the Cantt, the airport and Gulberg. Bahria Town is in the south-west along Canal Road and the Ring Road, closer to Thokar Niaz Baig and Raiwind Road.
Budget
For the same plot size, Bahria Town usually costs noticeably less than the older DHA phases. DHA's newer phases (8, 9 Prism and beyond) narrow the gap.
Lifestyle
- DHA: established neighbourhoods, strong commercial areas such as Y-Block and CCA, top schools and a long track record.
- Bahria Town: landmarks, parks, theme park, its own hospital and schools, and a lively, family-friendly feel.
Resale and rent
Settled DHA phases hold value strongly; Bahria Town apartments and 5–10 marla homes attract steady tenants.
